Gift Aid Declaration

1st Chalfont St Peter Scout Group is a registered charity and can reclaim 25p for every £1 you donate, including subscriptions. If you are a UK Taxpayer please consider completing a Gift Aid Declaration. Gift Aid significantly increases the Group’s income and the activities and events the we can participate in.

To be eligible, you must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April one year to 5 April the next) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that 1st Chalfont St Peter and any other charities will reclaim on your gifts for that tax year. If this is not the case, you understand that you are responsible for paying any difference between the tax you’ve paid and the Gift Aid claimed on your donation(s).
